Astride Jeannot, M.A., is a dedicated professional specializing in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) with extensive experience in community programming and advocacy. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Community DEI at Alma, Astride designs and implements strategies that promote advocacy, culturally responsive care training, and resource development for mental health providers. As the Programming Chair and DEI Chair for The Maine Women's Conference, Astride oversees the development and evaluation of programming initiatives, ensuring alignment with DEI goals. Astride is also the Founder and CEO of letsSTARTtogether, which focuses on creating impactful change in educational settings. Previous roles include DEI Program Manager at Salsify, DEI Project Manager at IBIS Consulting Group, and various positions at Tufts University and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Astride holds a Master’s degree from Tufts University and a Bachelor of Arts from Emmanuel College.
