Maddie Petersen

Maddie Petersen is an experienced community manager with a strong background in mentorship and customer service. Currently serving as a Community Manager at Alma since August 2018, Maddie has held various positions within the company, including Member Experience Manager and Community Lead. Maddie also contributes as a Fast Track Mentor for First Round Fast Track, where tech leaders guide founders and operators through startup challenges. Prior to these roles, Maddie worked as an Assistant Manager at Madison Reed and served as a Temporary Receptionist at Nixon Peabody LLP. Maddie's career began as a Discovery Specialist at Birchbox, focusing on sales and customer service. Maddie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology from The College of Wooster and has studied at Universidad de Granada.
