Neha Shorawal has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. NEHA started their career as a Customer Service Executive at Idea Cellular in 2004, where they reviewed and monitored billing processes for postpaid customers, assisted with customer queries, and prepared reports. From 2005 to 2006, they worked as a Customer Service Executive at E-SERVE, responsible for maintaining customer databases, handling follow-ups and payments, and enforcing credit policies. In 2006, they joined Amity University as a Human Resources Manager, a role they held until 2016. Most recently, in 2021, they served as an Office Administrator at Danbury High School, and in 2022, they became a Human Resources Generalist at Framework Solutions, LLC.

Neha Shorawal's education history includes several qualifications in the field of Human Resources Management and Commerce.
