Valdrin Lluka

Valdrin Lluka has extensive experience in various roles and industries. Valdrin currently serves as the Chief Growth Officer at hellocare.ai, a telehealth and virtual healthcare platform. Valdrin also holds the same position at Solaborate, the parent company of hellocare.ai. From 2017 to 2020, Valdrin served as the Minister at the Government of Kosovo's Ministry of Economic Development. Prior to that, they were the General Director at Kosovo Investment and Enterprise Support Agency (KIESA) from 2011 to 2015. Valdrin has also worked as a Business Development Consultant at RevEurope Payments Ltd, Director of Marketing and Sales at Z mobile, Managing Partner at Dardanica Group, Consultant at Carlson Consulting Enterprise, Monitoring Officer at Privatization Agency of Kosovo, and Business Analyst at Deloitte and Touche. Their roles involved responsibilities such as developing and executing policies, managing daily operations, coordinating with stakeholders, and conducting market research.

Valdrin Lluka earned an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics at the American University in Bulgaria from 2002 to 2005. In 2011, they obtained a certification as a Certified Management Consultant from The International Council of Management Consulting Institutes.
