Who We're Looking For

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive our business expansion. This role involves leveraging over the phone selling techniques, complemented by online demonstrations. The role’s responsibilities include pipeline management, new deal sourcing, occasional travel, and fostering a positive contribution to the sales culture at Pearl.

  • Represent the company’s products and services, using comprehensive knowledge as well as consumer research to explain how our solutions meet customer needs
  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding potential new sales opportunities
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage account executives in next steps
  • Identify best practices for refining the company’s lead-generation playbook utilizing HubSpot, cold calls, and email to generate new sales opportunities
  • Identify the needs of prospects, and suggest appropriate products or services
  • Build trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives
  • Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • 1+ years of experience in sales development or a related role (experience in the dental industry is a plus but not required).
  • Proficiency in lead generation and qualification.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
