Caitlyn Gallip has a diverse work experience in the field of social media and content creation. Caitlyn started their career as an Accessories Intern at Hearst Magazines in 2012, where they organized a major fashion closet and assisted the accessories director. In 2013, they interned as a Digital Editorial Intern at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, followed by a Style Internship at Esquire magazine in 2014.

From 2015 to 2020, Gallip held various roles related to social media management. Caitlyn worked as a Digital Editor at VOX Magazine, where they created original content and managed social media accounts. Caitlyn also co-founded Fangirl the Magazine, where they contributed and edited content while overseeing promotional items and attending organizational meetings.

From 2015 to 2020, Gallip worked at Broadway.com as a Social Media Manager, responsible for overseeing social strategy on various platforms and achieving significant growth on Twitter and Facebook. Caitlyn then joined RPM as a Social Media Manager, where they oversaw organic social and email strategy for clients and achieved viral moments, such as collaborations with the Kelly Clarkson Show and a Time's 2021 photo of the year.

In their current role as a Social Media Director at RPM, Gallip oversees organic social and online content strategy for clients, manages a social media team, directs influencer relations and outreach, produces and edits viral content, and maintains deep relationships with clients. Caitlyn also collaborates with graphic design and video teams and oversees the entire production lifecycle and online brand for multiple accounts.

Caitlyn Gallip attended the University of Missouri-Columbia from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Magazine Journalism with a specialization in Arts and Culture. In 2014, they also participated in a study abroad program at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. The duration of their study abroad program is not provided.
