Neil Bannister

Neil Bannister has a diverse work experience in finance and administration, with a focus on technology companies. Neil'smost recent role was as the Chief Financial Officer at HelloSelf. Prior to that, they worked as an Independent Consultant, providing CFO and COO consulting services for startups and high growth companies. Neil also served as the Managing Director of Blackbaud Consumer Solutions, overseeing fundraising and crowdfunding platforms. Additionally, Neil has held various roles at JustGiving, including Managing Director and CFO, where they provided strategic direction, developed business exit strategies, and restructured the company. Neil was also the CFO of Firstgiving, a US online charitable fundraising platform. Earlier in their career, Neil worked as the Head of Finance and Administration at IPD and as the Finance Director for Lycos UK. Neil began their career at KPMG UK as an Auditor, specializing in the technology sector.

Neil Bannister attended Princethorpe College from 1986 to 1992. Neil then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree with Honors (BSc Hons) in Economics, Accounting, and Law from the University of Bristol, which they completed from 1992 to 1995. In 1998, they obtained the FCA certification from ICAEW.
