Billy Rainey

Billy Rainey is a seasoned Commercial Film Director and Executive Producer with extensive experience in elevating brands through innovative creative and film projects. Since February 2013, Billy has served as the Commercial Film Director at HELO, specializing in transforming agency briefs into actionable strategies and crafting engaging materials for pitches and presentations. With a career spanning from June 1999, Billy has held the role of Executive Producer at Viacom and various other companies, overseeing the production of non-scripted, factual, and reality content for broadcast and digital platforms. Additionally, from January 2007 to June 2017, Billy founded and operated Toyplane Industries, Inc., a full-service production company that developed compelling content sold to top networks. Billy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Broadcasting and Film from Boston University, obtained between 1984 and 1988.
