Maja Medakovic

Customer Service Trainer at heloo

Maja Medakovic has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Maja started working at HAK in 2014 as an interpreter. In the same year, they also worked as an Italian Language Teacher and an English Language Teacher at Linguapax Language School. In 2017, Maja served as a Substitute Teacher at OŠ Vladimira Nazora. Maja then joined the European Dart Union as staff in 2017, 2018, and 2019. At heloo, previously known as Q Experience, Maja worked as a Customer Care Specialist from November 2019 to August 2021. Maja currently holds the position of Customer Service Trainer, which they started in August 2021.

Maja Medakovic completed their high school education at Gymnasium Vinkovci from 2005 to 2009. Maja then enrolled at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Zagreb and obtained two Master's degrees. From 2009 to 2015, Maja pursued Italian Language and Literature. During the same time period, they also studied Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instruction.

In addition to their academic accomplishments, Maja obtained the ECDL Standard Certificate from the Croatian Information Technology Association in March 2015. Maja also holds certifications from Cambridge University Press, namely, the Certificate in Advanced English and the First Certificate in English. However, the specific dates of obtaining these certifications are unknown.
