Uros Jovanovic has a diverse work experience in customer service roles. Uros started their career in 2020 at Granngården AB as a Customer Service Agent. Later, they joined Novicom Nordic as a Customer Service Representative in the same year. Most recently, they worked at Heloo as a Swedish Customer Service Specialist starting in November 2022.
Uros Jovanovic pursued a Master's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from the Faculty of Organisational Sciences between the years 2018 and 2019. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts - AA degree in Svenska from the University of Belgrade, where they studied from 2013 to 2018.
