Deb Oberman

Deb Oberman is a seasoned professional in government relations and public policy, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Government Relations at Help at Home since August 2021. In this role, Deb Oberman focuses on advancing the company’s engagement with policymakers and stakeholders to enhance home and community-based services. Prior to this position, Deb Oberman held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Public Affairs at Humana from 2011 to 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing state public affairs and strategic policy initiatives. Deb Oberman’s extensive experience also includes serving as Principal at DAO Strategic Policy Consulting, Corporate Vice President of Government Affairs at UnitedHealth Group, Director of Government Affairs and Policy at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, and Director of Public Policy at America's Health Insurance Plans (AHIP). Deb Oberman holds a Masters in Public Policy from Duke University and a B.A. in History from Carleton College.
