Rob Marston

Rob Marston is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and management across various sectors. Currently serving as Service Director at Help for Heroes since May 2025, Marston previously held the position of Director, UK Education Services at Education Development Trust from July 2022 to April 2025, overseeing government-funded education programs and a diverse team. Marston's earlier career includes analytical roles as an Equity Research Analyst at J.P. Morgan, and a decade of service as a Commissioned Officer in the British Army, where leadership and training were key responsibilities. Marston holds a First-class BSc (Hons) in Economics from the University of Bristol, obtained in 2003.
