Theresa Carlson is an experienced accounting professional with a diverse background in financial management and oversight. Currently serving as Staff Accountant AP/HR Manager at Help Hope Live since March 2017 and as Bookkeeper for Stephen Roe Contractor, Inc. since September 2012, Theresa has honed expertise in accounts payable, billing, and various accounting duties. Previous roles include Accounts Payable and Payroll Consultant at Robert Half Finance & Accounting, where responsibilities included managing an annual accounts payable of $11MM and supporting cash management for a national nonprofit organization. Theresa also held key management positions as Funding Manager at Conti Mortgage Corporation, overseeing a staff of 35, and as Assistant Vice President of the Closing Department at Avstar Mortgage Corporation, where operational management in mortgage lending was a primary focus. Theresa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Villanova University.
