With a background in scientific visualization and high-performance computing, Marcus brings almost 20 years of experience to Help Lightning. While working in a research high-performance computing/visualization lab at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, Marcus developed the original technology behind Help Lightning. Marcus has been integral in the development of the 5 patents behind Help Lightning’s technology and has helped commercialize the technology. He now leads the engineering team and focuses on the architecture of the system.
