Melania David

Melania David is a seasoned professional in human resources and learning development with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Learning & Development Manager at Help Net Farma since November 2018, Melania develops and executes comprehensive learning strategies, implements new programs, and collaborates with stakeholders on various initiatives. Prior roles include HR Business Partner at Help Net Farma, HR Generalist at UiPath, and HR Advisor at DXC Technology. Melania also has a strong foundation in compensation and benefits, having served as an HR Reward & Compensation Specialist at ING. Melania holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the National School of Political and Administrative Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Social Work from the University of Bucharest.
