Luis Morales

Luis Morales is a DevOps Engineer at Help Scout. Luis has also been a Board Member & Investor at Gosuac and a Lead Site Reliability Engineer, Lead DevOps Engineer, and Team Builder at Labelbox.

At Drone Deploy, Luis was responsible for technical knowledge and team-building skills to help establish a DevOps department and culture. Luis migrated a development team to Agile methodology. Luis also spearheaded tasks that positively impacted the company’s entire infrastructure, such as the integration of the CI/CD pipeline.

At Labelbox, Luis created the process for a successful pipeline from its inception and led the team through its development and maintenance. Luis also successfully formulated solutions to manage and action all the required changes and policies to become SOC2/ISO27001 compliant.

Luis Morales is an alias certified instructor for Maya and has a master's degree in film visual effects from Trazos School of Arts.

They work with Ana Henneberke - Engineering Coach, Diogo Souza - Java Engineer, and Sam Magambo - DevOps Engineer. Luis Morales reports to Denny Swindle, CTO & Co-Founder.
