David Cleghorn

David Cleghorn is the Chief Housing Officer at HELP USA. David has over 25 years of experience in the development and financing of affordable housing. David has developed over 900 units of affordable housing through the 4% and 9% Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program and the HUD 202 and 811 programs. David is a board member of the New Kensington Community Development Corporation and has served as the President of the Board of Directors since 2010.

David Cleghorn's educational career includes receiving a Master's in Public Administration from New York University, a Bachelor's in Sociology/Anthropology from Earlham College, and a Diploma in Detentions from St. Maria Goretti High School.

David Cleghorn reports to Tom Hameline, President & CEO. David Cleghorn works with Michael Gagliardi - VP, Safety & Security, Louis Hunter - VP, Permanent Housing Facilities & Construction, and John Emmert - CFO.
