Scott Moe began their career in 2000 as a Designer at KHJ Brand Activation, where they created visual identity systems and marketing materials for clients such as Delta Dental and Avaya. In 2002, they moved to EMI Strategic Marketing as a Senior Designer, where they designed and art directed marketing campaigns, store merchandising, corporate identity, direct mail, and print collateral. In 2004, they joined Mercer as a Senior Designer, evolving brand identity and implementing graphic standards throughout global offices. In 2007, they became Design Director at Big Duck, creating visual identity systems, campaigns, websites, direct mail, and print collateral for non-profit clients. In 2015, they became Principal and Creative Director at Moe&Co, helping nonprofits and do-gooders further their work through branding, strategy, and design. In 2022, they assumed the role of Chief Creative Officer (CCO) at HelpGood, where they set the overall creative direction for the entire creative team across all clients.

Scott Moe received their BS in Advertising and Mass Communication from Boston University between 1996 and 2000. In 2007, they attended the School of Visual Arts for Typography and Design. In 2013, they attended the Shelter Institute for Design/Build. In 2014, they attended General Assembly for a User Experience Design Boot Camp.
