Laura Mäenniemi

Laura Mäenniemi has been working in the industry since 2013. Laura started their career as a Customer Service Manager at Fitness24Seven in 2013. In 2014, they joined Pihlajalinna as a Palveluvastaava and Management Assistant. In 2021, they moved to Helppy as the Head of Operations Finland and Customer Success & Community Manager.

Laura Mäenniemi obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) from Laurea University of Applied Sciences between 2011 and 2014, specializing in Customer Service Management.
