Scott is HelpSystems’ Executive Vice President of Mergers, Acquisitions and Customer Operations. He is responsible for ensuring the business is poised for growth through the identification and acquisition of innovative solutions that meet clearly defined customer needs. Scott joined HelpSystems in 2015 and previously served as GM, Robotic Process Automation, Document Management, & Capacity Management. In his role, he fostered a culture focused on efficiency and EBITDA growth. Prior to joining HelpSystems, Scott spent 20 years in the financial industry. While running a successful financial services firm, Scott’s customer-centric approach was highly regarded industry-wide. Throughout his career, he has developed significant knowledge of predictive analytics, particularly as a floor trader on the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE). Together, these experiences have enabled Scott to drive operational efficiencies which promote mutually beneficial results. Scott holds a B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University in Evanston, Ill.
