Tim Woodfield

Tim is Vice President of Core Solutions at HelpSystems. His 30+ years in software and technology have given him a unique view of the industry and a thoughtful approach to helping customers succeed. In his role, Tim leads efforts related to enhancing HelpSystems product lines focused on solving customers’ business problems with automation, infrastructure protection, and secure access management.

Tim originally joined HelpSystems in 1998 as a Maintenance Software Engineer and ultimately assumed several leadership roles, including Chief Technical Officer, Director of Global Support, and Chief Operations Officer – International. He left HelpSystems to work at Regis Corporation for three years as Manager of Application Development and Support, ensuring uptime for critical business applications. He began his career as a Programmer/Analyst.

Tim holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Mathematics from SUNY Brockport and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota.
