Anna Zabelina has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Anna started their career in 2014 as a Sales Manager at Zoom Support. Anna then worked as a Quality Assurance Manager and later became the PPC Sales Quality Assurance Manager at the same company. In 2017, Anna became the Lead of the PPC Sales Quality Assurance team.

In 2017, Anna joined Helpware as a Customer Support Representative and later worked as a Quality Analyst. Anna then became a Continuous Improvement Lead, where they performed data collection, analysis, and recommended improvement actions.
