Oleksandr Kaplia

Oleksandr Kaplia is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in various roles within the field. Currently serving as the Lead Procurement Specialist at HELSI since January 2023, Oleksandr previously held the position of Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) at Unitrade Express from March 2018 to January 2023. Prior to that, Oleksandr advanced from Senior Procurement Specialist to Specialist of International Purchases at Unitrade Group between January 2014 and March 2018. Initial career experience includes a role as a Logistics Specialist at EKO-MARKET and as an Economist at UniCredit Bank Ukraine. Oleksandr holds a Specialist degree in Finance and Credit from the International Scientific and Technical University, obtained in 2011.
