Rigas Kouskouridas

Rigas Kouskouridas is a Senior Research Engineer at Helsing since February 2022, with prior experience as Head of Research and Development at XYZ Reality and as a Computer Vision Researcher at Scape Technologies Ltd. Earlier roles include positions at WIREWAX as a Computer Vision/Machine Learning Researcher, and a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Imperial College London. Rigas began a career in academia as a PhD researcher at Democritus University of Thrace, specializing in Pattern Recognition and Machine Learning. Additional experience includes work on object recognition at ACROBOTER and an early role as an assistant mechanic at SOVEL.
