Ulrich Feindt

Ulrich Feindt has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Ulrich currently works as a Backend Developer at Hem since February 2022. Prior to that, Ulrich worked as a Data/Software Engineer at ValueChecker.net from March 2020 to January 2022. At ValueChecker.net, they developed a full-stack Angular front-end with a Python API hosted in Google Cloud, and worked on data analysis and improvement of replacement suggestion logic for discontinued items.

Ulrich also has experience as a Researcher at Stockholms universitet from August 2015 to September 2019, where they studied astrophysical events using irregularly sampled time-series data. Ulrich also worked as a Visiting Researcher at Caltech from May 2017 to September 2017, during which they contributed to the development of a web application and analyzed telescope data for the discovery of the first optical counterpart to a gravitational wave event.

Prior to their research roles, Ulrich worked as a Research Assistant at Humboldt University of Berlin from June 2014 to July 2015. Ulrich also worked as a Research Assistant at The University of Bonn from December 2011 to May 2014, where they conducted independent research for their PhD project and assisted with observations and data analysis for an international collaboration. Additionally, Ulrich worked as a Laboratory Associate at Yale University in January 2012.

Ulrich Feindt completed a Diplom degree in Physics from The University of Bonn in 2011. Ulrich subsequently pursued a higher level of education and obtained a Dr. rer. nat. (equivalent to PhD) degree in Physics from The University of Bonn in 2015. These certifications were acquired from Udemy between 2019 and 2021.
