Jim McNamara

Jim McNamara is the Vice Chairman and Consultant at Hemisphere Media Group. Jim has also previously worked at Panamax Films, Telemundo, and Universal Television. Jim has been in the television industry for over 20 years and has held various leadership positions during that time. Jim was the President and CEO of Telemundo from January 1999 to December 2005 and the President of WW Television Enterprises at Universal Television from April 1995 to December 1998. Jim is a respected figure in the television industry and has been instrumental in the success of Hemisphere Media Group.

Jim McNamara has a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Political Science from Rollins College and an MBA in Intl Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Jim McNamara reports to Alan J. Sokol, President & CEO. They are on a team with Jorge Hidalgo - President & General Manager, Wapa TV, Monica Silverstein - Chief Human Resources Officer, and Elizabeth Randall - SVP, Digital Strategy & Development.
