Previously, Adair held roles such as Senior Sustainability Project Manager at Hempel, Business Development Team Manager at Green Building Council South Africa, and Senior Sustainability Manager at Standard Bank Group, accumulating extensive experience in sustainability strategy, project management, and stakeholder engagement. Adair's educational background includes an M.B.A. in Finance from Rotterdam School of Management, a Postgraduate Diploma in Environmental Science from the University of the Witwatersrand, and a BBA in Environmental Management in Business from Pacific Lutheran University, among other qualifications.
