Chino Osuji

Chino joined Hempsons in May 2019 and assists Jane Donnison within the northern real estate team. Chino graduated from Liverpool John Moores University in 2012, with a 2:1 Law Degree, and completed the Legal Practice Course in 2014 and will be starting his application to qualify through CILEx in 2020.

Chino provides advice to both private and public sector clients on a full spectrum of property issues, as well as assisting the wider real estate team. Chino’s experience includes advising clients on the granting/taking of commercial leases, including retail, commercial offices, industrial and healthcare premises. Chino also has a background advising corporate, finance and energy sector clients on high value and complex commercial transactions.

Chino utilises his knowledge to assist and advise on leasehold/estate management dealings including licences to assign, licences for alteration, licences to underlet, deeds of variation, deeds of easement, overage deeds, deeds of covenant and other arrangements. Chino has also assisted on dealings involving mergers and acquisitions and has assisted Jane Donnison as well as the wider real estate team in advising NHS bodies and practitioners (dentists and GPs) on sale and purchases of dental and medical practices.
