Gillian is a leading healthcare expert with extensive experience of healthcare litigation. She has over 24 years of experience in clinical negligence claims. She worked for claimants for over 17 years before moving to do defendant work seven years ago.

Gillian deals with many high-value brain injury cases, often involving injuries sustained at or around the time of birth.

She is very experienced in mediation which will often result in early settlements with substantial cost savings for all parties.

Gillian regularly appears in the coroner’s court representing NHS trusts and medical professionals. Recently she has advised on several cases involving the deaths of women shortly after they gave birth.
