Ella Barton, an Associate member of the CIPD, currently serves as the Head of People at Hemsec since April 2023, having previously held various HR roles at Baxi Heating from October 2018 to April 2023, including HR Advisor, HR Trainee Advisor, and Human Resources Administrator. Ella's career began with HR positions at Matalan and Riverside College Widnes & Runcorn. With a strong educational background from institutions such as Runshaw College and Edge Hill University, Ella is pursuing a Level 4 qualification in CMI.
