Sagar Bhatia's work experience includes the following roles:

- Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at Hen Nozzles since 2021.

- Mechanical Design Engineer at SunMan Engineering from 2017 to 2021. In this role, they managed the development and design of products for various industries, conducted testing to ensure validity of designs, and collaborated with cross-functional teams for design reviews.
