Ishmael Atuam

Ishmael Atuam has extensive experience in engineering and manufacturing roles. Ishmael most recently worked as the Head of Engineering at Henkel starting in 2022. Before that, they worked at the BAUMANN Group from 2019 to 2022, where they served as the Head of Engineering and also as an Engineering Project Manager. Prior to that, Ishmael was at Parker Hannifin from 2014 to 2019, holding positions such as Manufacturing Engineering Manager and Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer. Ishmael also received Lean Manufacturing & Quality Management Leadership Training during their time at Parker Hannifin.

Ishmael Atuam earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, from 2002 to 2006. Ishmael later pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Industrial Engineering from Wichita State University, from 2012 to 2014. Prior to this, they completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Manufacturing Engineering Management from Coventry University, from 2008 to 2009. Additionally, Ishmael Atuam obtained certifications such as Certified Six Sigma Black from ASQ - World Headquarters in 2017, ISO 9001 from Bureau Veritas in 2015, and Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) from ASQ - World Headquarters in 2014.
