Ina Navarro has over 14 years of experience in graphic design and team management, currently serving as a Manager for Artworks Packaging Design and Graphic and Digital Learning Design at Henkel since December 2012. With a strong focus on enhancing team performance and delivering effective design services, Ina oversees a graphic design team, coordinates stakeholder communications, generates KPI reports, and drives innovative processes to boost productivity. Previous roles include Creative Team Lead across various sectors and positions at Integreon and RenditionDigital, complemented by a Bachelor of Fine Arts and Design in Industrial and Product Design from the University of Santo Tomas.
