Jin Chen

Jin Chen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in benefits and compensation management. Currently serving as the Benefits Manager for Retirement Plans North America at Henkel since March 2019, Jin previously held the position of Senior Benefits/Compensation Analyst. Prior to joining Henkel, Jin worked at Aon from May 2014 to February 2019, progressing from Senior Technical Analyst to Lead Analyst. Jin also gained valuable experience as a Pension Consultant at Pension Associates between April 2010 and May 2014. Jin Chen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Connecticut, earned in 2009.
