Jenna Fadlalla

Jenna Fadlalla, MA, RN, CCDS, is a skilled healthcare professional with extensive experience in clinical documentation and nursing. Currently serving as a Quality and Performance Improvement Data Analyst and Clinical Documentation Integrity Specialist at Hennepin Healthcare since July 2017, Jenna focuses on enhancing the quality of provider documentation and has developed e-learning content to improve onboarding processes. Previously, Jenna coordinated health needs as a School Nurse at Beacon Academy and provided case management for high-risk patients as a Senior Staff Nurse at Hennepin Healthcare. Additionally, Jenna has experience as an Adjunct Nursing Faculty at North Hennepin Community College, where innovative clinical assignments were developed for nursing students. Jenna holds a Master of Arts from Augsburg University, a Bachelor of Science from Winona State University, and an Associate of Science from Minneapolis College.
