Steve Guberman has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Steve began their career at Qwest Communications as a Network Operations Manager and later worked as an SEO/SEM Independent Consultant at Showcase Honda. Steve then joined Cylon Corporation as a Senior SEO/SEM Manager, where they managed multinational accounts and had a significant budget for advertising. Following this role, they worked as an independent SEO consultant for various digital ad agencies in Phoenix.

In 2010, Steve became the Director of Marketing at Battery Professionals, LLC, overseeing the design and implementation of large-scale ecommerce sites and managing sourcing from China. Steve also achieved "Featured Merchant" status on Amazon.

Steve then transitioned to Web.com/Network Solutions/Register.com, where they held multiple roles. As a Senior SEO Consultant, they focused on implementing SEO strategies and remained updated with industry best practices. Later, as a Senior SEO Engineer in Enterprise Business Operations, Steve managed a 12-person team and was responsible for adjusting and implementing SEO strategies.

At Golf Channel, Steve served as the Director of Search Marketing, managing a large annual advertising and tool budget. Steve collaborated with external vendors and ensured optimal performance for GolfChannel.com and GolfNow.

Steve's most recent role was at The Walt Disney Company, where they held multiple positions. As a Senior Manager in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), they led a team responsible for managing technical website and local natural search optimization for various Disney brands. Steve also oversaw SEO strategies for several Disney divisions and provided consulting for international theme parks.

Currently, Steve works as the Vice President of Search Engine Marketing at Hennessey Digital, where they utilize their expertise in the field to drive results and lead initiatives.

Steve Guberman's education history includes an Associate of Arts (AA) in Multimedia Design from the University of Advancing Technology, which they obtained between 1996 and 1998. Prior to that, they completed their high school education, earning a High School Diploma in Aviation Maintenance Technology from Aviation HS between 1980 and 1984.

In addition to their formal education, Steve has also obtained several certifications. In 2013, they became Google Adwords Certified. In 2015, Steve acquired certifications in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager Fundamentals, BrightEdge, and Bing Ads Accredited Professional. Steve further expanded their expertise in 2016 by obtaining an Inbound Certification from HubSpot. More recently, in 2018, Steve completed the SEO Fundamentals Exam from SEMrush Academy. Additionally, in 2022, they achieved certifications in STAT Fundamentals and Google Ads Search from Google Analytics Academy and Google, respectively.
