Daniel Zlotnitsky

Daniel Zlotnitsky has a comprehensive work experience in various roles and companies. Daniel started their career in 2016 as an Investment Banking Analyst at Houlihan Lokey and worked there until 2018. In 2018, they served as an Investment Analyst at Breakaway Capital Partners. The following year, they joined The Gores Group as a Private Equity Associate, and during that time, they also served as a Board Observer at Cosmo Specialty Fibers, GatesAir, and AMI Entertainment Network. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President at Hennessy Capital Group LLC, which they started in 2022.

Daniel Zlotnitsky has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Additionally, they have studied International Business at HKUST Business School. In terms of certifications, Daniel has obtained the Series 63 certification from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in August 2017, as well as the Series 79 certification from the same institution in the same month and year.
