Dave Ferguson has an extensive background in talent acquisition, holding leadership positions at companies such as Henny Penny, USAA, and Bon Secours Mercy Health. Dave has also been involved in diversity recruiting initiatives at Google and military recruiting programs at General Electric. Prior to their work in talent acquisition, Dave held roles in consumer finance and manufacturing. Dave is a West Point graduate with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and holds an MBA from Xavier University.
