Benoit CARETTE has extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as an Acheteur production at both Henri Raffin since November 2006 and MAISON MILHAU since July 2023, focusing on the procurement of casings, ingredients, and subcontracting of semi-finished products. Previously, Benoit held the role of Responsable ordonnancement et planification at Henri Raffin, where responsibilities included the development and adjustment of production schedules for various products and sourcing of meats. Benoit commenced their career as an Ingénieur qualité at Groupe Debroas, overseeing quality and traceability at the site. Benoit holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Agriculture and Agroalimentaire from ISARA Lyon, a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of Paisley, a DUT in Génie Biologique from IUT Lyon 1, and a Baccalauréat in Scientific Studies from Sainte-Marie Lyon.
