Megan Lippincott

Megan Lippincott, MSW, serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at The Oakley Group, LLC since September 2021 and has held the position of Human Resources Manager at Winterthur Museum, Garden and Library since September 2019. Prior experience at Vino Volo spans nearly a decade, where roles included National Talent Development Manager, Human Resources Manager, Northeast Regional Operations Manager, General Manager, Associate Manager, and Wine Associate. Academic qualifications include a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Monmouth University (2008-2009) focused on social work, international and community development, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Social Work from Elizabethtown College (2004-2008), along with a semester abroad with Semester At Sea/ISE in early 2006.
