Jim Ballou

Jim Ballou is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in product management and development. Currently at Henry Schein since March 2022, Jim oversees Handpiece and Small Equipment Product lines, driving initiatives from concept to launch and formulating strategic growth plans. Previously, Jim held project management roles at Citadel Completions LLC and served as Key Account/Product Support Manager at F. LIST GMBH. Jim's background includes significant leadership experience at Gulfstream Aerospace, where responsibilities spanned managing large teams and ensuring production requirements were met across multiple departments. Jim began a career in cabinetry and furniture construction, culminating in a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Technology from California State University, Chico.
