Per Arne Bugten

Per Arne Bugten has extensive experience in project management and technical leadership within the construction and infrastructure sectors. Currently serving as Teknisk prosjektsjef and Seksjonsleder Fagsjefer at HENT AS since October 2013, Per Arne has also held multiple leadership roles, including Teamleder fagsjefer teknisk avdeling and Fagsjef elektro. Prior to this, experience includes positions such as Projektleder and Regionssjef Midt Norge at Skanska Tekniske Entrepriser AS from March 2006 to September 2013, and Projektleder at Eltel Networks and Fjeldseth AS. Per Arne's early career includes roles in electrical project management at YIT and a foundational apprenticeship at Fesil Holla Metall AS. Educational qualifications include degrees in Elkraftteknikk and further studies in datateknikk.
