Susan Medellin

Susan Medellin is an experienced accountant currently serving as a Senior Accountant at HEPACO, LLC since December 2023, focusing on environmental and emergency services. Prior to this role, Susan worked as a Staff Accountant II at SPI - Specialty Products & Insulation and as a Staff Accountant at Maxwell Group, Inc., where responsibilities included managing month-end close processes and account reconciliations. As the owner of Progressive Property Holdings, LLC, Susan successfully managed a retail outlet shopping center and reinvested in residential properties. Additional entrepreneurial experience includes ownership of a popular restaurant, Crêpe du Jour, and franchise ownership of multiple Anytime Fitness locations. Susan's career began in medical billing and quality control, and educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Accounting from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina Upstate.
