Ender Özgün has over 16 years of work experience in various positions within the marketing and sales industry. From 2005 to 2012, Özgün worked at P&G as an Assistant Brand Manager, Brand Manager, and ultimately as a Brand Operations Group Manager, where they were responsible for media, direct marketing, and go-to-market activities. Ender also played a key role in building the company's digital marketing function.
In 2012, Özgün joined Vodafone and held multiple roles within the organization. Ender served as a Senior Marketing Manager, overseeing various consumer segments and terminal devices. Subsequently, they became the Customer Value Management & Growth Director and was responsible for driving customer value and growth strategies. Özgün later became the Digital Transformation Director before assuming the position of Marketing Director. In their role as Marketing Director, they led marketing and customer acquisition efforts for all consumer segments.
Currently, Özgün is working at Hepsiburada as the Chief Marketing Officer, where they oversee the company's marketing operations and strategies. Ender will soon transition to the role of Chief Commercial Officer.
Ender Özgün completed a double degree in Industrial Engineering and Civil Engineering from Boğaziçi University between 1999 and 2005. Ender then pursued an MBA in Brand Management and Marketing Strategies from Bahcesehir University from 2007 to 2010. In 2002, Ender participated in an exchange program at Iowa State University. Currently, they are enrolled at Yeditepe University, pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Management with an unknown completion date.
