Özlem Uğur is a seasoned software development professional with extensive experience in backend development and project management. Currently serving as Lead Backend Developer at Armut / HomeRun since January 2021, Özlem previously held roles at Yapı Kredi from June 2012 to January 2021, including Senior Software Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed consumer loans software development, scrum mastering, and integration projects. Prior experience includes being a Software Development Consultant and Specialist at Innova, focusing on loyalty and payment projects from July 2008 to June 2012. Özlem began the career as a Software Developer at Birim Bilgi Teknolojileri. An alumnus of Dokuz Eylul University, Özlem holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering.
