Serif Cay, MBA, is a Senior Software Architect at hepsiJET, leading both the R&D and Mobile Development teams since April 2021. Prior to this role, Serif Cay founded SCAY Enterprise Solutions and served as Co-Founder of CioCard, where the integration of a proprietary payment and meal order system was achieved. Experience includes founding pirigo, a system designed to facilitate payments via smartphones, and working as a Senior Software Engineer at HAVELSAN, where a new system for the Turkish Army was developed.
