Alondra Reyes

Alondra Reyes is an experienced professional in the legal and nonprofit sectors, currently serving as the Executive Assistant and Coordinator of Strategic Initiatives at Alondra's Justice since October 2022. Prior roles include Executive Assistant at Federal Defenders of New York Inc., where Alondra held the position of Chief Paralegal from June 2019 to July 2022, overseeing a team of paralegals and interns while managing a caseload of 40-50 clients. Alondra has also contributed significantly to diversity and inclusion initiatives and has experience in legal advocacy through a Civil Legal Advocate Intern role at The Bronx Defenders. Earlier work as an AmeriCorps Member with City Year involved supporting students' academic and social-emotional development in high-need schools. Alondra holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Gender Studies from Mount Holyoke College.
