Patrick Gatzemeier

Patrick Gatzemeier has extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Patrick started their career at Commerzbank AG in 2011, working in diverse roles and specializing in financial engineering and structured corporate finance. In 2016, they joined zeb consulting as a (Senior) Consultant and stayed there until 2019. Patrick then worked as a Senior Consultant at Roland Berger from September 2019 to June 2020. Currently, they are employed at Heraeus, where they initially served as a Commercial Excellence Manager from July 2020 to August 2021. Patrick has now transitioned into the role of Head of Rewards, HR Strategy & Projects since September 2021.

Patrick Gatzemeier has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics from Hochschule Weserbergland. Patrick also has a Semester Abroad experience in International Business from Bond University. Patrick is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Management with a focus on Strategy and Organization at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
