Josephine has held leadership positions in companies such as Herbalife Nutrition, Lexus Singapore, Beiersdorf Singapore, Cerebos Pacific Limited, Coca-Cola Far East Ltd, and Nestlé. Their roles have included being the Head/Director of Regional Product Marketing, Head of Marketing, and Brand Manager.
