Ann Rivera is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service and event coordination. Currently serving as the Customer Service Director, also known as the Director of Happiness, at Herbarie Farm & Herbal Alchemy™ since November 2017, Ann has also contributed to Trader Joe's as a Crew Member since June 2015. Prior roles include Event Coordinator/Hiring Manager at Scheels from January 2013 to December 2014, where responsibilities encompassed event management and community engagement. Ann's earlier experience includes serving as a Project Assistant for the Center for Tobacco Prevention and Control Policy at Minot State University, and as a Tobacco Prevention School Coordinator at the First District Health Unit. Ann holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science from Minot State University, obtained in 2004.
